Team Service USA pre-screens each of our candidates for temporary employment so that we can best match your skills and talents to required staffing needs. Our temporary employees are carefully interviewed, their references are checked, and, depending upon the assignment, their skills may be tested so that a Client can be sure that they will receive a qualified candidate to perform in the capacity desired.

Team Service hires its permanent workforce from its Temporary Employment base.

  • For permanent full time employees, Team Service USA keeps the wage at least $1.50 an hour above minimum wage.

  • In addition to this wage, full time employees of Team Service USA have access to individual health insurance coverage. The Health Insurance Plan does have a small deductable.

  • Team Service USA is a commonwealth Corporation. Each employee (full time) of Team Service is eligible to be enrolled into a 401K retirement plan. Each person may make personal contributions to the 401K plan. At the end of the fiscal year, Team Service distributes its profits among charitable work and its employees via the 401K.

  • Each employee is covered by Workman's Compensation Insurance and the general liability coverage of Team Service, USA.

  • Team Service offers to eligible employees paid vacation and sick leave.

In our commitment to our Clients, Team Service maintains an internal Temporary Staffing Agency. This allows Team Service to deliver consistent services for its Clients without interruption or reduction in quality. We are extending this service to other Clients.

Our Temporary Placement Staff know that when you require temporary help, you need specific help for a specific reason within a specific time-frame. We offer pre-qualified temporary workers who are ready to step into their role and immediately contribute to your productivity. Whether you are working on a specific project, or are seeking coverage through peak seasons, staff vacations, illnesses, or vacancies, you will receive the qualified temporary employees you need as soon as you need them.

We also offer a Performance Guarantee for our temporary employees. If you are not satisfied with your temporary employee's work performance, notify a Team Service USA Staffing Specialist within the first four hours of the assignment. We will dispatch a replacement, and you will be credited up to four hours for the unsatisfactory performance.
