The greatest asset of Team Service is its human capital. Team Service’s emphasis on its people (and their formation, financial stability, and human growth) generates a workforce that knows the meaning of the work, the dignity of the worker, and the crucial importance of partnership with the Client. Team Service invests into its people in order to provide the Client a superior product. For this reason, Team Service has grown consistently and has been able to provide stability for its Clients, workers, and the communities in which it lives and works.
The Team Service Group consists of interdependent and coordinated managers. The result for the Client is our ability to offer a wide variety of services and at a cost savings (without compromising quality). Team Service USA “cross trains” its full time and temporary staff in order to provide a workforce able to meet any service need the Client may have.
Managed Service: Team Service USA will develop a “quality checklist” (this also known as a “Prospectus”) with the Client together so that the institution’s needs are being met or exceeded. We designate a “site manager” for the location and we have a Director of Operations who guarantees that the level of quality and delivery of services match the “quality checklist”. The benefit from Managed Service is that Leadership does not have to oversee each service person’s performance in the Institution. Human Resource questions and problems that drain staff are the responsibility of Team Service USA.
Team Service USA currently offers managed janitorial services, food service,grass care and maintenance, after school child care, and temporary staffing.
Green: Team Service USA is a “Green” Corporation. Team Service, USA uses biodegradable cleaning solutions. We use a hydrogen peroxide cleaning system that eliminates viral and bacterial threats, but does not contaminate the environment.
TS-USA assists the Client in recycling.

All employees of Team Service, USA – regardless of work location – are required to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and the guidelines and training in OSHA and IOSHA standards. We keep all MSDS records on file at our Corporate Offices as well as on site.
